How to order:
1. Fill out the form below. (Some fields are required, some optional — the optional ones help make the collage more meaningful.)
2. Click “send order”.
3. Click the “Buy now” button.
4. Send a photo of the recipient (as a.jpg, .jpeg, .psd, .psf, .pict, .tif, or .tiff file) to pamela@innervisionportraits.com. Put “Collage Portrait” in the subject line of the email.
You must click both “send order” and “buy now” to complete your order.
If you are ordering multiple Personalized Collage Portraits, please fill out the form and send it once for each person, but click “Buy Now” only once if they are going to the same address. (That way you get a volume shipping discount.)
If you don’t send a photo, I can make the Collage Portrait without it — but a photo really adds to the effect.
